Main job duties and responsibilities:
- Selling and promoting the company products to the clients.
- Receive, Label, and examine products at the company showroom(s)
- Mainly Works with a Target, sell to existing and potential direct accounts to facilitate and add value to the selling process
- Handle all customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor data quality and ensure the proper transaction.
- Follow up delivery with clients, delivery team, and warehouses to ensure prompt and accurate delivery
- Customer management strategies that will encourage customers and retain their loyalty.
- Implementation of high-quality CRM services Follow-up sales and daily CRM procedures.
- Provide reports on customer feedback/complaints reports to Sales Team Leader or Management.
- Ensure constant engagement & a strong relationship with customers.
- Ensure that all complaints are received and handled efficiently in a way that exceeds our customers’ expectations.
Educational background and previous experience:Bachelor’s degree in commerce, or a related field2 to 7 years’ experience in the furniture retail field/interior design is preferredGood command of English languageFamiliarity with Points of sale systemsGood use of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Good use of email and the internetPresentablemales and females are welcome to apply
