Responsibilities
Security:
- Review and update security policies and procedures to align with industry best practices.
- Investigate security breaches or incidents, collect evidence, and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct periodic testing and drills to assess the effectiveness of security measures and response plans.
- Manage security infrastructure, including CCTV systems, access control, and alarm systems.
- Conduct security audits and recommend improvements to security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations.
Company Housing & Accommodation:
- Supervise company-owned housing units and contracted accommodation services for employees.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping of housing facilities to ensure optimal living conditions.
- Develop and implement landscaping plans for all areas, considering seasonal changes and aesthetic appeal.
- Manage cleaning and general services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in housing facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for housing and accommodation.
- Address any resident concerns or issues promptly and implement appropriate solutions.
Employees Transportation:
- Manage logistics and coordination of employee transportation services
- Negotiate contracts with transportation providers and ensure optimal cost-effectiveness.
- Address employee concerns and implement safety measures related to transportation.
- Analyze transportation data and recommend improvements and cost saving opportunities.
Restaurant Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and budget control.
- Ensure food quality, menu development, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Manage catering services for company events and meetings.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize restaurant operations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative staff and provide performance feedback.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and manage administrative budgets.

Requirements10-14 years of experience in Security/ Admin Fields.Police Or Military background is required.Strong skills in planning, leadership, communication, and conflict management.
