- Produces schematic design development and construction documents as directed.
- Performs original design work utilizing specifications, sketches and ideas on developing designs.
- Reviews shop drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction material recommendations submitted by outside architects and contractors to ensure adherence to contract
- Reviews work of contractor, verifying specified materials are being used, dimensions are as drawn, and quality is according to contract document.
- Communicates with all involved parties and materials suppliers.
- Coordinates with all projects stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or the equivalent.A minimum of 3 years of experience in equivalent position in interior/exterior design.Very good command with engineering software (AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, Revit Autodesk and Vray/Lumion)Strong computer drafting and rendering skillsStrong organization and follow up skills including the ability to handle competing priorities and meet all deadlines and commitments.Very good communication skills along with good or developing skills.Very good MS office skills.
