Personnel Administration Specialist
1.Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including
personal information, employment contracts, benefits enrollment, performance evaluations, and
training records. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality.
2.HR Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, such as job
descriptions, organizational charts, policies, and procedures. Generate regular reports on HR metrics,
such as headcount.
3.HR Systems and Tools: Utilize HR software and tools to manage and update employee information,
process employee changes, and generate HR reports. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system
functionality and troubleshoot issues as needed.
4.Leave and Attendance Management: Administer and track employee leave requests, including
vacation, sick leave, and other types of time off.
5.Compliance and Policies: Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure
compliance. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and provide
guidance to employees regarding HR-related matters.


Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant roleExperience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMSComputer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)Thorough knowledge of labor lawsExcellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projectsStrong phone, email and in-person communication skillsBS in Human Resources or relevant field
