Talent Management & Organizational Development Specialist

1-Recruitment :

  • Responsible for handling full recruitment cycle for white collars.
  • Coordinate with the Department Managers to manage their manpower requirements.
  • Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles.
  • Post job advertisements and explore new recruitment channels.
  • Screen received applications to find qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone, virtual and in-person interviews.
  • Interview applicants for entry & senior levels and preparing scoring reports.
  • Prepare shortlist and schedule for technical interview.
  • Coordinate with payroll specialist to create and send job offer, target letters emails for accepted candidates.
  • Host and participate in job fairs.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire (TTH), time-to-fill(TTF), and source of hire.
  • Create and administer assessment center for applicant (English test, and technical if applicable)
  • Oversee sourcing and hiring procedures to ensure we attract and select high-potential employees

2-New joiners Orientation:

  • Send welcoming mails for the newly hired employees.
  • Maintain up to dated induction welcome pack to send it to new joiners as part of their orientation.
  • Make induction presentation to provide new employees proper insight about company policies and procedures.
  • Response newcomers’ queries about compensation and benefits and HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that technical manager provide proper handover for responsibilities, and knowledge to help employee succeed in new role.
  • Ensure that technical manager hold initial meetings with new employees stating probation objectives, to be able to measure his/her performance during probation period.

3-Organization Development:

  • Plan, develop and implement a job analysis for all positions to provide clear and comprehensive statements of each job descriptions.
  • Set jobs general objectives and KPIs.
  • Assist on annual appraisal processing.
  • Responsible for creating assessment center for external and internal hiring or promotions.
  • Create / apply organizational charts, structure, and SOP's modifications.
  • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
  • Assist HR Manager on data gathering/ surveys, employee satisfaction, benefits analysis, and retention initiatives.
  • Oversee learning and development initiatives and TNA.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.

Bachelor degree in business administration or any relevant field.Total years of experience are from 1 years to 3 years in recruitment and OD.Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.Fluent command of English.Excellent user of Microsoft office , Visio , Excel & PPT .Teamwork spirit.Self-Motivated.Excellent Communication skills.Presentation skills.Strong attention to details.
