Job Overview
As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to Genral manger in both personal and professional capacities. Your role will involve managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Calendar Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external communications.
Draft and respond to emails, letters, and other correspondences.
Handle phone calls and messages,
Organize and maintain both physical and digital files.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Personal Errands:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Discretion and trustworthiness.
Flexibility and adaptability.
