Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical milestones and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring work is performed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address any issues or challenges, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all project activities, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.• Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.• Proficient in using project management software and tools.• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
