• Program Planning and Maintenance: Draft and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity awareness plan for the calendar year, detailing objectives, strategies, and desired outcomes. This includes managing the cybersecurity awareness platform, especially KnowBe4, and ensuring its effectiveness in delivering training.

• Content Creation & Training: Develop engaging content for training sessions and cybersecurity awareness materials. Work closely with the customer to develop content for security awareness posters and tailor training initiatives to meet the needs of different groups within the customer's organization.

• Phishing Simulation Campaigns: Design and execute diverse phishing simulation campaigns. Create and maintain questionnaires and campaigns to measure the effectiveness of the training.

• Reporting and Analytics: Produce detailed reports and maintain an awareness dashboard that tracks progress in cybersecurity training and the effectiveness of phishing campaigns. Provide monthly statistics reports to Solutions Management.

• Event Organization: Coordinate a Global Cyber Day with interactive activities that emphasize the importance of cybersecurity awareness.

• Issue Resolution and Support: Assist with resolving access issues to the security awareness tool and respond to inquiries about training progress.

• Automation and Customization: Enhance and automate the cybersecurity induction process. Assign courses based on the specific needs of different audience groups.
