Responsibilities:

(1). Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding processes, including orientation and necessary paperwork.
(2). Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Manage employee disciplinary actions and investigations, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Mediate employee conflicts as necessary.
(3). Performance Management:
- Administer and support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Advise managers on performance-related issues and provide coaching on effective performance management techniques.
(4). Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Deliver training sessions on various HR topics, including compliance, diversity, and - - - leadership development.
(5). HR Policy Implementation:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
- Communicate HR policies to employees and provide guidance on policy interpretation.
(6). HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Compile and analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management, highlighting key HR metrics and insights.
(7). Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and recommend necessary policy and process changes.


Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
