Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Lead (.NET) at FlairsTech's Qesm El Maadi location. The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing software development projects. The Technical Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare technical designs, conduct code reviews, resolve technical issues, and mentor junior developers. Some work from home is acceptable.
Technical Qualifications- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field- Years of experience required +8 years.- Software Development and Programming skills- Experience in developing software using .NET framework- Databases knowledge and experience, especially with SQL Server- Experience in leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers- Experience in agile software development methodologies- Experience and knowledge with developing web applications.- Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.Nationality: Egyptians only
