SATO PHARMA is seeking a qualified District Sales Manager to lead the Pedia sales team across Delta 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the district sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by area and product.
- Conduct field coaching and performance follow-up.
- Ensure effective territory coverage and CRM discipline.
- Support team recruitment, development, and execution of company strategy.
- Monitor market performance and competitors.
Requirements
- Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science graduate.
- Pharmaceutical sales experience with proven team-management exposure.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills.
- CRM and sales reporting experience.
- Pedia experience is preferred.
- Resident of Dakahlia, preferably Mansoura.
- Owns a car and holds a valid driving licence.
- Good command of English.
