- Operate and manage plastic injection molding production, with a focus on PVC injection molding.

- Set up injection molding machines, perform machine start-up, and adjust process parameters for stable production.

- Install molds and perform mold changeovers and production setup.

- Monitor and optimize injection molding parameters, including injection pressure, injection speed, holding pressure, temperature, cooling time, and cycle time.

- Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues and resolve common injection molding defects such as short shots, flash, sink marks, warpage, burning, and dimensional problems.

- Maintain stable, continuous, and efficient mass production while minimizing scrap, defects, and material waste.

- Monitor product quality and maintain consistent production standards.

- Support the setup and stabilization of new machines and molds.

- Train and supervise machine operators when required.

- Train and supervise machine operators when required.

- Take responsibility for machine performance and the overall production process.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding production.

- Proven hands-on experience in PVC injection molding and PVC processing.

- Hands-on experience with Yizumi plastic injection molding machines is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of injection molding process parameters and machine settings.

- Ability to independently perform machine setup, start-up, parameter adjustment, and production optimization.

- Strong experience in mold installation, mold changeover, and production setup.

- Strong troubleshooting and defect-solving skills.

- Proven experience in stable and continuous mass production.

- Experience with injection molding machines of different

- capacities, particularly 120T, 160T, and 260T.

- Experience with auxiliary equipment such as hopper dryers, chillers, temperature controllers, and material loaders is preferred.

- Experience producing technical plastic components or industrial plastic products is preferred.

- Ability to train and supervise machine operators.

- Technical education or background in plastics, mechanical engineering, or industrial manufacturing is an advantage.

- Previous experience in a structured industrial production environment is preferred.

- Good spoken English is mandatory.

- Willingness to work in Ismailia, Egypt.
