Role Description The Production Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in 10th of Ramadan. The Production Engineer will oversee daily production activities, monitor manufacturing processes, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. This role includes planning and organizing production schedules, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, and identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction. The Production Engineer will analyze production data, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and product quality. The role also involves preparing technical reports, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to the implementation of best practices in production and operations.


Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
3 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment (depending on the position level).
Good knowledge of production processes, manufacturing methods, and workflow optimization.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to monitor production plans, KPIs, productivity, and material usage.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.


Transportation available.
Working hours from 8 am to 4 pm , Day off : Friday .
Location : 10th of Ramadan.
