Explaining the Menu: Presenting the menu, suggesting dishes, and answering guest inquiries regarding ingredients and daily specials. Taking Orders: Accurately taking food and beverage orders and promptly transmitting them to the kitchen and bar. Serving: Serving dishes and beverages in a timely and proper manner. Follow-up: Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay and handling any complaint or request immediately. Payment Collection: Accurately completing payment transactions and adhering to cash handling procedures. Table Setup: Cleaning and resetting tables according to restaurant standards. Cleanliness and Order: Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining hall at all times. General Standards: Adherence to personal hygiene standards, safety rules, and general appearance. Cooperation: Supporting team members to ensure smooth workflow, especially during peak hours. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience as a waiter or in any customer service-related field (preferred). Skills: Strong communication skills and tact in dealing with others.
