• Implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan in line with company standards.

• Ensure all construction, finishing, and MEP works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.

• Review and verify client modifications on-site to ensure compliance with approved BOQs and QS requirements.

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.

• Review material submittals and ensure only approved materials are used.

• Prepare and implement Inspection & Test Plans.

• Identify non-conformities (NCRs), follow up on corrective actions, and verify closure.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve quality issues.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.

• Perform snagging inspections and ensure all defects are resolved before handover.

• Support client inspections and ensure all handover documentation is complete.

• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering.

• 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC within real estate, residential, or mixed-use projects.

• Strong knowledge of finishing works, MEP coordination, and handover processes to the client.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
