Key Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and business KPIs. Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver strong performance. Monitor daily store operations and ensure smooth execution of company procedures. Ensure an excellent customer experience and handle customer concerns professionally. Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve store results. Support team scheduling, daily task allocation, and workforce planning. Ensure proper stock management, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards. Job Requirement2–3 years of retail experience in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
