Job Responsibilities:
Preparing execution drawings (Shop Drawings) and fabrication drawings and As-Built drawings. Coordinating with consultants, architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments. Preparing drawings for mirrors, partitions, cladding, furniture, decorative metalwork, and customized architectural elements. Reviewing technical specifications, BOQ, and tender documents. Preparing Material Submittals and Technical Submittals. Taking site measurements as needed. Supporting production, procurement, and installation teams with the necessary technical information. Creating 3D models and renders to present projects to clients. Ensuring drawings meet project and consultant requirements.
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Interior Design or any related field. 0 to 2 years of experience in technical office or architectural finishes or Interior Fit-Out or FF&E or metal works or glass and mirrors or cladding or partitions. Preference for experience in hotel, mall, commercial, residential, or large-scale projects. Good knowledge of luxury finishing materials and custom-made products.
Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD. Proficient in Revit. Proficient in 3ds Max. SketchUp familiarity preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to read architectural and structural drawings and MEP drawings.
Technical Knowledge:
Glass and glass decoration systems. Mirrors and fittings. Decorative metalwork (stainless steel, copper, aluminum, Powder Coating, PVD). Cladding systems and wall finishes. FF&E products and custom furniture. Partitions, doors, screens, canopies, skylights, and various architectural elements. Manufacturing and installation methods and material specifications.
Preferred experience in companies operating in:
Luxury Interior Fit-Out. Architectural metalwork. Glass and aluminum systems. Hotel and resort projects. Luxury residential projects. Furniture and FF&E manufacturing.

بكالوريوس هندسة معمارية أو تصميم داخلي أو أي تخصص ذو صلة.خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنوات في المكتب الفني أو التشطيبات المعمارية أو الـ Interior Fit-Out أو الـ FF&E أو المشغولات المعدنية أو الزجاج والمرايات أو الكلادينج أو القواطيع.يفضل وجود خبرة في مشاريع الفنادق، المولات، المباني التجارية، السكنية، أو المشاريع الكبرى.معرفة جيدة بمواد التشطيبات الفاخرة والمنتجات المصنعة حسب الطلب.
المهارات المطلوبة:
إجادة استخدام AutoCAD.إجادة استخدام Revit.إجادة استخدام 3ds Max.يفضل الإلمام ببرنامج SketchUp.إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office.القدرة على قراءة الرسومات المعمارية والإنشائية ورسومات الـ MEP.
المعرفة الفنية:
أنظمة الزجاج والديكورات الزجاجية.المرايات وتركيباتها.المشغولات المعدنية الديكورية (ستانلس ستيل، نحاس، ألومنيوم، Powder Coating، PVD).أنظمة الكلادينج وتشطيبات الحوائط.منتجات الـ FF&E والأثاث المخصص.القواطيع، الأبواب، الشاشات، المظلات، السكاي لايت، والعناصر المعمارية المختلفة.طرق التصنيع والتركيب ومواصفات الخامات.
