We are looking for an experienced HR Manager for the company.

Conduct the following:

• Recruitment. (Preliminary interviews by selection through various streams, calls, face to face, head hunting etc.)

• Create and update employee folders.

• Follow-up the system on time attendance (monthly report via system printout).

• HR duties and create a documented company organizational structure department..for ex. Job titles and job descriptions of all employees /departments.

• Create a performance based grading and review system for all staff.

• Follow-up employee issues (if any). Hiring, problems, firing, arguments, salary raise / deductions, position changes etc.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English and Arabic both written and oral.

• Experience in HR systems for medium and large firms and be able to create a true HR system.

• Experience in hiring in construction firms.

• Social, Fair and good composed personality yet firm and follows their job routine with utmost professionalism. being an HR manager does not mean you are the boss of employees. Smart and motivational is the most important aspect of being an HR professional.
