Follow up on customer orders and make sure quantities and delivery dates are clear.
Check with Production and Warehouse to make sure the required fabric is available and ready.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Quality to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
Follow up on fabric packing and preparation before shipment.
Coordinate with the Shipping & Logistics team to arrange shipments.
Prepare and follow up on export documents such as Invoices, Packing Lists, and Shipping Documents.
Follow up on shipment dates and update the team about ETD & ETA.
Keep the Sales Team updated on the status of orders and shipments.
Follow up on any delays or problems and coordinate with the concerned departments to solve them.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Logistics, Export, or Order Management.
Experience in Textile/Fabric industry is preferred.
Good command of English.
Good knowledge of MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Strong coordination and attention to detail.

المتابعة على تواريخ الشحن وتحديث الفريق بـ ETD & ETA.
إبقاء فريق المبيعات مطلعاً على حالة الطلبات والشحنات.
المتابعة على أي تأخيرات أو مشاكل والتنسيق مع الأقسام المعنية لحلها.
المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس.
1–3 سنوات من الخبرة في دعم المبيعات، اللوجستيات، التصدير، أو إدارة الطلبات.
يفضّل وجود خبرة في صناعة النسيج/القماش.
إتقان جيد لـ الإنجليزية.
معرفة جيدة بـ MS Office; وجود خبرة في SAP يعتبر ميزة.
مهارات تواصل ومتابعة جيدة.
تنسيق قوي واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
