Role Description The Senior Client Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kafr ash Shaykh. This role is responsible for managing relationships with key clients across medical, commercial, and residential projects, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating meetings, preparing status updates, and resolving issues in collaboration with project and operations teams. The specialist will track client feedback, support contract and proposal discussions, and help identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in client management systems and supporting internal reporting on client-related activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in client relations, account management, or customer success, preferably within real estate, construction, or property development. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage expectations and build long-term professional relationships. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple client accounts, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with common office software and client management or CRM tools; strong attention to detail and record-keeping. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to address client concerns and propose practical solutions. Knowledge of medical, commercial, or residential development processes is an advantage.
