Job Summary: To analyze and monitor information systems incidents that may cause operational losses, assess related risks and KPIs, and provide recommendations to mitigate and prevent future incidents. Job Responsibilities:Analyze and monitor operational incidents by identifying root causes, recurrence, impact, losses, and the effectiveness of corrective actions. Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the operational loss database, coordinating with branches and central departments to correct incomplete or inaccurate incident records. Review and reconcile operational incident data with Internal Audit and Operations findings to ensure data completeness and accuracy. Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), analyze breaches of approved thresholds, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions Prepare regular reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) covering operational incidents, losses, KRIs, branch performance, and recommendations for management. Evaluate branch performance in monitoring, recording, and addressing operational risks, and present the results to the direct manager. Perform any other duties assigned by the Direct Manager / Head of Department. Job Qualifications:A relevant university degree, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or an equivalent field. Training courses in Information Systems are preferred. Minimum one year of experience.
