Job Duties: • Operate beverage production line machines efficiently and in accordance with operating instructions. • Monitor machine performance during operation and ensure product quality. • Perform daily tests before and during operation. • Handle minor faults and report faults requiring technical intervention to the maintenance department. • Adhere to production plans and target operating rates. • Comply with quality, food safety, safety, and occupational health requirements. • Maintain cleanliness of the machine and the work area. Requirements: • At least two years of experience operating production line machines, preferably in beverage or food industries. • Ability to handle filling, packaging, or conveying machines. • Good knowledge of basic operation and preventive maintenance. • Commitment, discipline, and ability to work in shifts. • Suitable technical qualification (industrial diploma or equivalent).
