The Senior Project Manager leads delivery of complex projects in Egypt, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of the local market.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Lead cross-functional teams including internal staff, contractors, and vendors across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders, maintaining regular communication and managing expectations throughout project lifecycles. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government entities, and local partners.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management. Monitor project performance against established KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Oversee project budgets and financial reporting, ensuring accurate cost tracking and identifying opportunities for value optimization. Prepare regular status reports and presentations for senior leadership and clients.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive project management experience with proven track record managing complex projects.
• Experience in Egypt's commercial real estate, construction, or corporate services sectors strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills highly valued.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics, regulations, and business practices in Egypt.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
