The Job Title will support day-to-day operations by coordinating activities within their assigned department, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. Responsibilities may include collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing reports and documentation, and supporting the implementation of company initiatives and quality standards. The role involves regular communication with colleagues and stakeholders, contributing to process improvements, and helping Trend Pharm deliver reliable, high-quality pharmaceutical products to the market. The successful candidate will be expected to manage tasks independently while aligning with organizational goals and timelines. Qualifications Possess strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Exhibit problem-solving and analytical abilities to support operational decisions and process improvements. Show attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and compliance with company procedures and regulations. Ability to work on-site in Giza and adapt to a dynamic pharmaceutical environment. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related discipline) is preferred. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similarly regulated sector is an advantage. Proficiency with standard office software and basic data management tools is beneficial.
