We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions that improve business operations and productivity.

The ideal candidate should have strong software engineering experience, hands-on expertise in AI technologies, workflow automation, API integrations, and large language models (LLMs). You will work closely with different departments to automate business processes and build intelligent internal tools.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-powered automation systems.

• Build and maintain scalable automation workflows.

• Integrate third-party APIs and business systems.

• Develop AI agents and intelligent assistants.

• Work with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.

• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

• Develop backend services using Python.

• Optimize AI workflows for speed, reliability, and cost.

• Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities.

• Troubleshoot, monitor, and continuously improve AI systems.

• Document solutions and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI Automation or Generative AI.

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Experience with REST APIs and Webhooks.

• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.

• Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).

• Solid understanding of Prompt Engineering and AI system design.

• Experience building AI Agents and RAG applications.

• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.

• Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make.com, or Zapier.

• Experience using Git and GitHub.

• Familiarity with Docker is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• English reading and technical documentation skills.
