JAZ Makadi Oasis Resort is looking for an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to support the management of our bars and beverage operations within one of Egypt's leading all-inclusive resorts. Key Responsibilities Assist in the daily operation of all bars and beverage outlets. Lead, motivate and develop the bar team to deliver exceptional guest service. Ensure the highest standards of beverage quality, hygiene and presentation. Monitor stock levels, beverage costs, inventories and ordering. Coach bartenders in product knowledge, upselling and service excellence. Ensure compliance with company standards, HACCP and health & safety procedures. Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve complaints promptly. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a supervisory or Assistant Bar Manager role within an international hotel or resort. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and beverage service. Excellent leadership and coaching abilities. Experience in inventory control and beverage cost management. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage). Positive attitude, professional appearance and hands-on leadership style.
