Kraft Heinz is looking for SCD Project Coordinator who will support the execution of cross-functional supply chain projects across the MEA region. Working closely with the Project Manager, the role will coordinate project activities, monitor progress, prepare project documentation, and facilitate communication between multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of regional supply chain projects.
• Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Commercial.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure governance standards are followed.
• Follow up with stakeholders on action items and project deliverables.
• Assist in identifying project risks and escalating issues when required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
• Perform data analysis using Excel to support project decision-making.
• Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for project updates and leadership reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

2 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Engineering, or Project Coordination.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, data analysis, charts, dashboards).

Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills.

Good business acumen with the ability to understand operational and financial impacts.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an FMCG environment.
• Exposure to project management methodologies or PMO practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
