Key Responsibilities:
Manage furnace operations to ensure safe and efficient production.
Monitor furnace performance and optimise energy consumption.
Lead the furnace team and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate maintenance activities to minimise downtime.
Analyse operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
7+ years of experience in furnace operations within the glass manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of furnace technology and production processes.
Leadership and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English and computer skills.

المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، الصناعية، أو مجال ذي صلة).
7+ سنوات من الخبرة في عمليات الفرن ضمن صناعة الزجاج.
معرفة قوية بتكنولوجيا الفرن وعمليات الإنتاج.
مهارات القيادة وحل المشكلات.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية ومهارات الحاسوب.
