Egypt Nile Home is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our growing manufacturing team. We are looking for a hands-on professional with strong experience in Garments or Home Textiles Manufacturing to lead sewing production lines, achieve production targets, and ensure high standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily sewing production operations and production lines. Monitor productivity, efficiency, and daily production targets. Lead, coach, and motivate production teams. Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures. Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments. Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance. Prepare daily production reports. Ensure a safe and organized working environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.3–7 years of experience in Garments or Home Textiles Manufacturing. Strong leadership and people management skills. Experience in sewing production lines. Good knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and manufacturing KPIs. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets. Residents of Ismailia are preferred.
