M ake outbound collection calls professionally while keeping and improving customer relations. Monitor accounts on a daily basis. Collect users' payments in accordance with payment due dates. Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management. Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports. Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements. Take action in order to encourage timely payments. Process payments and refunds. Maintain all related tasks assigned by the direct manager
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
- Good English.
- Minimum Experience 1-3.
- Solid experience in collections.
- Microsoft Office is a Must.
