Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
• Develop and execute department strategies for delivering technically excellent, profitable projects.
• Oversee production, quality control, testing, and maintenance activities.
• Approve engineering plans, cost estimates, and product designs.
• Manage the EngOps budget and direct capital investments.
• Build and lead a high-performing team through effective hiring and performance management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s Degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of engineering management experience in industrial or contracting sectors.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior engineering leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience in projects, manufacturing, industrial, EPC, or technology environments is preferred.
