1- Start and stop all equipment at air stations, boilers, and cooling rooms
2- Carry out periodic and preventive maintenance
3- Perform repair work on equipment and reduce breakdowns (pumps – valves of all kinds – blades - networks and compressed air – boilers – cooling towers)
4- Monitor spare parts stock
5- Take readings and analysis and measurement according to the schedule (daily)
6- Follow up on calibration schedule for measuring instruments
7- Knowledge of refrigeration circuits and theories
8- Knowledge of compressed air systems
9- Knowledge of boiler types and how they operate
10- Knowledge of compressors and pumps
11- Maintain cleanliness of the unit both internally and externally
12- Close all safety notes ((safety / food safety))
