Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview:

The Steward plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the kitchen and back-of-house areas. This position ensures that all kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces meet the highest hygiene standards in line with Four Seasons luxury service and safety expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, wash, and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishware efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, storage, and waste areas

• Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment and supplies

• Support kitchen team by maintaining a steady supply of clean items during service

• Manage waste disposal and recycling according to environmental and hygiene standards

• Follow HACCP and health & safety guidelines at all times

• Assist with basic kitchen tasks when required

Requirements:

• Previous stewarding or cleaning experience in hospitality preferred

• Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
