Experience: 2–4 Years About the Role SCIB Paints is looking for a proactive and technically driven Senior Specification Specialist to support our Projects and Technical Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure SCIB products are specified and approved in current and upcoming projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in construction materials, paints, coatings, or related industries who is passionate about technical sales, project specifications, and business development. Key Responsibilities Identify and track current and upcoming construction projects to generate specification opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, engineering firms, and contractors. Promote SCIB products and secure product specifications and approvals in project documents. Review project specifications, tender documents, and BOQs to identify opportunities for product inclusion. Prepare and submit technical proposals, compliance statements, and product recommendations. Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Marketing, and R&D teams to support project requirements and customer needs. Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and product awareness sessions for consultants and project stakeholders. Perform regular field visits to consultants, design offices, contractors, and project sites. Maintain accurate records of project opportunities, consultant activities, and specification achievements. Prepare periodic reports on project status, specifications secured, and market intelligence. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Architecture, Construction Materials, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in Specification, Technical Sales, Projects, Business Development, or a related role. Experience in Paints, Coatings, Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, or the Construction Industry is highly preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Good understanding of construction projects, specifications, and tender processes. Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and project requirements.
