Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and oversee commercial activities across multiple projects
Contribute to structuring and developing the commercial function, processes, and governance
Manage cost planning, budgeting, and reporting
Oversee procurement, tendering, and contract management
Ensure effective commercial control throughout project delivery
Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management
Act as a key interface between project teams and leadership
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field
Strong experience in cost management / quantity surveying
Proven track record on large-scale real estate or mixed-use developments
Solid understanding of construction contracts and financial dynamics (including inflation and currency aspects)
Strong knowledge of the Egyptian market (regulations, practices, stakeholders)
Fluent in English
