  • Receive incoming materials and products and verify quantities and specifications against approved documents.
  • Inspect received items and ensure their condition before storage.
  • Arrange and organize items inside the warehouse according to the approved storage system.
  • Record all receiving, issuing, and transfer transactions accurately in the system and warehouse records.
  • Issue materials to different departments based on approved requests and documents.
  • Monitor inventory balances and report shortages, excess stock, or slow-moving items.
  • Conduct periodic and surprise inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
  • Apply inventory management methods such as FIFO / FEFO according to the nature of items.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
  • Monitor product expiry dates when applicable.
  • Prepare warehouse reports related to stock movement and inventory status.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Finance departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
