  • Prepare and follow up preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
  • Schedule weekly and monthly maintenance activities for factory equipment.
  • Create and manage maintenance work orders through CMMS/ERP systems.
  • Coordinate shutdown and annual maintenance activities to reduce downtime.
  • Follow up maintenance execution and ensure work completion on time.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams.
  • Monitor spare parts availability and prepare material requests.
  • Analyze equipment breakdowns and maintenance history to improve reliability.
  • Track maintenance KPIs such as:
  1. Equipment Availability
  2. MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
  3.  MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
  4. PM Compliance.
  5. Downtime Analysis.
  6. Maintenance backlog.
  7. Prepare periodic maintenance reports and recommendations for improvement.
