Responsibilities:
Tour Package Development: Design and customize comprehensive tour packages
for diverse global destinations, catering to individual client preferences and
budgetary requirements.
Reservation and Pricing Management: Utilize the Amadeus platform for efficient
and accurate flight, accommodation, and other travel component pricing and
reservation management.
Hotel Reservations: Secure optimal hotel accommodations through various
platforms, including TBO and Ratehawk, ensuring competitive rates and client
satisfaction.
Supplier and Service Provider Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong
relationships with a wide network of travel suppliers and service providers to
negotiate favorable terms and ensure seamless service delivery.
Client Communication and Sales: Effectively communicate with clients to
understand their travel needs, present tailored travel solutions, and finalize bookings,
ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Language Proficiency: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication
skills in English to effectively interact with a global clientele and international
partners.
