We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail perfume stores in Giza. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
نبحث عن مدير فرع لديه خبرة لإدارة فروعنا في الجيزة، ويكون مسؤول عن تشغيل الفرع بشكل يومي، تحقيق المبيعات، وتقديم أفضل تجربة للعملاء.
???? Key Responsibilities | المهام الوظيفية:
Manage day-to-day store operations
قيادة وإدارة العمليات اليومية للفرع
Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وزيادة الأرباح
Lead, motivate, and train the team
إدارة وتدريب وتحفيز فريق العمل
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
ضمان تقديم خدمة عملاء مميزة
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain
متابعة المخزون والتنسيق مع الإدارة المختصة
???? Requirements | الشروط:
2+ years of experience in retail management (preferably perfumes or fashion)
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في إدارة الفروع (يفضل مجال العطور أو الفاشون)
Bachelor’s degree is a must
مؤهل جامعي
Strong leadership and communication skills
مهارات قيادية وتواصل قوية
Good knowledge of MS Excel
إجادة برنامج Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط
