Location: Sadat City, Menoufia, Egypt

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Specialist to join our team at Nile Company Glassware. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, identifying new market opportunities, and expanding the company’s customer base locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential customers, distributors, and business opportunities.
Generate qualified leads through online research, networking, exhibitions, and outreach campaigns.
Study market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective market entry strategies.
Open new markets and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Develop and implement business development and marketing plans to increase sales growth.
Conduct market analysis and prepare reports on target markets and potential opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into long-term clients.
Represent the company professionally in meetings, trade fairs, and business events.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, business development, or lead generation.
Strong understanding of market research and customer acquisition strategies.
Ability to identify and penetrate new markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good command of English.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Experience in B2B sales or manufacturing industry is a plus.
