About the role

This position will focus on the delivery of new product commercialisation and transfer products to our factories, ensuring site readiness and visibility, cross-functional collaboration and end to end process alignment. The purpose of this role is to support delivery of top line growth for our business while focusing on ‘right first time’ quality accuracy and speed to market requirements of our customers.



Key responsibilities
  • Oversee and project manage the completion of commercialisation related activities on site ensuring factory readiness for all new products and transfer products from approval through to delivery to the customer
  • Collaborate and lead multiple internal cross-functional groups (R&D, Marketing/Sales, Engineering, Plant Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Commercialization, Purchasing and Finance) and hold team members accountable for the successful commercialisation of new products
  • Complete project plans, critical path and project risk assessments to ensure cross-functional alignment and clear delivery timelines to keep projects on track
  • Identify and troubleshoot risk & issues; act as an escalation point for any problems and work with functional and business leads to mitigate any risks to the project in question
  • Manage communications with senior stakeholders, providing weekly status reports and risk mitigation plans if key activities are off track
  • Track all relevant data completion aspects of the SKU setup
  • Support SFDC commercialisation data admin for sites across the Middle East region such as from creation of the commercialization record in SFDC through to the closure of the commercialization record

Qualifications and skills

The successful candidate will possess the following experience / skills



  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required in appropriate field of study
  • Minimum 3 years experience within the Food Manufacturing Industry with an understanding of end-to-end product flow
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering improvements and successful project outcomes.

Competencies Required



  • Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills across all organisational levels.
  • Solid project management capability with commercial awareness and process driven thinking.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to challenge norms and drive alignment.
  • Proficiency in developing project plans and PowerPoint communications.
  • Knowledge of SFDC is a plus.
