Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Cairo. The Real Estate Sales professional will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating transactions, and closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting property showings, providing market insights, and ensuring a seamless customer experience aligned with client needs and objectives.
Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate License Experience in Real Estate, Sales, and understanding of Real Property concepts Strong Customer Service capabilities and client relationship management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in navigating market trends and data analysis related to the real estate industry Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is a plus Familiarity with legal frameworks and regulations governing real estate transactions
