RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Handle supplier onboarding, including contracting and invoicing processes Coordinate payment details and documentation with suppliers Oversee project execution to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery Manage logistics, including bookings, transportation, and scheduling Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders during pre-production, on-ground execution, and post-production phases Support production teams on-ground when required to ensure seamless execution Ensure all processes are aligned with internal SOPs and operational standards Track timelines, deliverables, and operational requirements across multiple projects
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in production coordination, project management, or operations within the advertising or marketing industry.
Skills Strong creative mindset with a genuine interest in production and media High sense of ownership and accountability Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Clear and professional communication skills Willingness to be hands-on and support on-ground production activities Strong organizational skills and ability to follow SOPsKnowledge of production trends across the region Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
