Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Supervisor, located in New Cairo. The Sales Supervisor will oversee and manage a sales team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. Responsibilities include analyzing sales performance, providing guidance and training to team members, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The supervisor will also collaborate closely with management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
Strong Team Management and Training skills to coach and develop sales teams effectively Proficient in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain client relationships Excellent Analytical Skills for assessing sales performance and identifying growth opportunities Proven leadership abilities and decision-making skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in real estate or sales supervision is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in New Cairo
