Job Summary:The Graphic Designer – Finalizer is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing design files for professional print production with the highest standards of technical accuracy and quality. The role focuses on ensuring print readiness, maintaining brand consistency, supporting luxury packaging and promotional materials, and collaborating with creative and production teams to deliver flawless final outputs.
Responsibilities :Prepare and finalize artwork and design files for print production while ensuring full technical accuracy and print readiness Adapt and optimize designs for different print formats, materials, packaging, and production requirements Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure alignment between design intent and final printed outputs Apply advanced knowledge of printing techniques including embossing, foiling, die-cuts, spot UV, finishes, and special production effects Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and luxury brand presentation requirements Conduct detailed pre-press checks and quality assurance reviews before production approval Troubleshoot technical design and print issues and coordinate with suppliers and printing vendors to ensure optimal results Prepare print-ready files for packaging, labels, promotional materials, and luxury product assets Maintain organized project files and production documentation for all finalized materials Ensure color accuracy, layout precision, typography consistency, and production specifications compliance Support the creative team with technical recommendations to improve print quality and production efficiency Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high quality standards Stay updated with print production technologies, finishing methods, and industry best practices
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Finalizer, or Pre-Press Specialist Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop Strong understanding of print production workflows and finishing techniques Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control Strong portfolio demonstrating technical print execution and high-end production projects Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining premium quality standards
