Job Details

The ideal candidate is a driven and highly organized professional with strong experience in BTL event sales and account management, capable of building long-term client relationships and driving business growth across diverse industries.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow business across new and existing clients in the BTL/events sector. Identify opportunities for brand activations, on-ground events, and experiential marketing campaigns. Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business. Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Work closely with operations and creative teams to deliver impactful event solutions aligned with client objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in BTL, event management, or experiential marketing sales. Proven track record in account management and client relationship development. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
