Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Sales: Greet customers with a smile and welcome them upon entering the store, understanding their needs and preferences to help them choose the right pieces.
Styling: Offer customers insightful advice and suggestions on cross-selling techniques to increase sales volume.
Display and Arrangement: Organize and arrange clothing on shelves and hangers according to the brand's visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring all sizes and colors are available in the showroom.
Sales Commitment: Continuously strive to achieve and exceed the sales targets set for the branch and for the individual employee.
Handling the fitting room: Assist customers and provide alternative sizes in the fitting rooms, promptly returning unwanted items to their correct locations.
Monitoring inventory: Informing the branch manager or storekeeper of any shortages in requested sizes or styles.
Operating the cashier (when required): Processing sales transactions, accurately calculating purchases, and handling cash and electronic payments efficiently and reliably.
Cleanliness and overall appearance: Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the branch and adhering to the uniform policy and brand guidelines.
