We are hiring for Tawrida. Tawrida is a B2B supply chain platform built for the Egyptian market. It connects manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors on one digital platform, making procurement, order management, and supplier relationships easier and more efficient. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in growing our business in Egypt. Your main responsibility will be to identify potential clients, present the value of our platform, and manage the full sales process, from generating leads to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Identify and approach distributors and manufacturers across Egypt through direct outreach and market research.• Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and market research. • Arrange and coordinate meetings with qualified prospects. • Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations to present the value of Tawrida’s B2B supply chain platform. • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to negotiation and closing deals. • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. • Develop strong relationships with key players in the wholesale, manufacturing, and logistics sectors in Egypt. • Support new client onboarding and ensure a smooth handover to the account management team. • Share market feedback and client insights with the product team to support continuous improvement. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets. • This role is mainly remote and does not require regular visits to manufacturers or client sites. However, occasional visits may be needed if a client requests an on-site meeting or to support closing a deal.
REQUIREMENTS• 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, Saa S, logistics, or supply chain. • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals independently. • Existing network within the Egyptian wholesale, manufacturing, or distribution sectors is a strong advantage. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English. • Self-motivated and well-organised, with the ability to manage your own schedule and sales pipeline. • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar platforms. • Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing sector is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
