Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Legal Associate based in New Cairo, with opportunities to work from home part of the time. The Legal Associate will be responsible for drafting and preparing legal documents, conducting research, analysing legal issues, and supporting client cases. Additional responsibilities include ongoing communication with clients, collaborating with team members, and assisting in the resolution of various legal matters.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Law and proficiency in Legal Document Preparation

Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for reviewing legal issues and cases.

Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

Familiarity with corporate and dispute resolution legal processes is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Law or an equivalent qualification.

Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid work environment.

Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple tasks efficiently.
