Job Details

Key Responsibilities:Handle all employee-related legal matters, ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor law and regulations. Manage social insurance processes, including employee registration, updates, and required documentation. Liaise with external governmental authorities such as the Social Insurance Office and Labor Office to submit and follow up on documentation. Conduct regular visits to government entities to ensure timely processing of employee-related legal requirements. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining employee contracts and HR-related legal documents. Work closely with the HR team on legal updates, employee relations issues, and policy compliance. Stay up to date with changes in labor laws, employee rights, and relevant regulations in Egypt. Support and participate in internal investigations related to employee matters when required. Maintain accurate records of all legal and governmental employee documentation. Provide administrative and legal support to the Legal Advisor and HR department.
Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB). Basic understanding or exposure to HR functions and employee relations. Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations1–3 years of experience in legal affairs field. Proficiency in Arabic and good command of English. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible and available to work on-site at our Al Mohandeseen office in Giza, Egypt.
